Who we are

Atachi Systems makes NGIMES, a manufacturing execution system. We have offices in San Jose, California, and Hyderabad, India. For anything about this notice, write to [email protected].

What we collect, and why

Forms you fill in

The contact and demo forms ask for your name, email address, company, phone number and message; the demo forms also ask for your industry and, for eLogbooks, facility size. We use them to answer you. A submission is emailed to our sales team and a copy is stored, together with the IP address and the browser's user-agent string (its name and version) of the request, so we can trace a message if it goes missing. Stored copies are kept until you ask us to delete them.

The MES maturity assessment

Your answers are scored in your browser. Nothing is sent to us unless you submit a form. Emailed reports are currently paused.

Site usage

We use Google Analytics to see which pages are read and how visitors arrive. Its script loads on every page. Until you accept the banner at the bottom of the page, and if you decline, it sets no cookies and sends Google only cookieless measurements (the page address, referring page, time, browser user-agent and your consent choice, over a connection that shows Google your IP address). If you accept, it also sets first-party cookies that let Google recognise repeat visits. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies or identifiers.

Services that receive data

  • Cloudflare hosts the site, stores form submissions, provides the cookieless analytics beacon and protects the site from abuse. Cloudflare sees the IP address of every request.
  • Resend delivers form submissions to our mailboxes.
  • Google runs Google Analytics on every page (cookieless measurements always, cookies only if you accept) and serves the Inter font on every page, which sends your IP address to Google Fonts.
  • YouTube serves the product video embedded on the eBMR for Pharma page; opening that page loads YouTube and its cookies.
  • Zapier hosts the chat assistant on the AI chatbot page; opening that page loads Zapier's script, and anything you type there is processed by Zapier.
  • Cloudflare cdnjs serves the Font Awesome icon stylesheet.

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or India, you have these rights under the GDPR, the UK GDPR or the Digital Personal Data Protection Act respectively, and the same address is the place to use them.

Changes

When this notice changes, the effective date at the top changes with it.
