Product Manager

Responsibilities

Responsible to oversee and manage the Software Development Lifecycle.

Production Support

Responsibilities

Responsible for Supporting technical support and troubleshooting of the Application functionalities, equipment integration post production release.
Responsible for Performing periodic maintenance of the application to ensure optimal performance.
Responsible to Handle the 24 X 7 Support System in NGIMES application.
Responsible for monitoring and closure of the complaint’s tickets.
Responsible for Providing guidance to other engineers on the use of production support packages.

Quality Assurance

Responsibilities

Responsible for Test planning-involves activities of defining the objectives of testing and the approach for meeting test objectives.
Responsible to Create a test strategy based on project requirements and schedules.
Responsible to Conducting early testing to eliminate defects at early state reducing the bug fixing cost and time.
Responsible for Executing tests with appropriate techniques (manually or by using test execution tools) and document testing failures.
Responsible for Interact with BA, project manager, development team and client as per need.
Responsible for Conduct different test techniques and report issues and follow-up on the status of the issues
Responsible to maintain the master Documentation and periodic revision of the same.

Sales Lead

Responsibilities

Sales Manager shall be responsible for identifying the prospects via an online approach, offline approach.
Sales Manager shall be responsible for identifying prospects, engaging the prospects, looping them for online demo/offline demo.
Sales Manager shall be responsible for coordinating with Technical Team to fulfil the requirement of demos and ensure customer’s requirements are identified and addressed by concerned stakeholders from Atachi.

Sales Manager shall be responsible for consistent follow-up with prospects, converted prospects to ensure business process continuity.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Responsible to work with the development team in Configuration of the application, resolving the deployment related issues and come up with the new ideas that will benefit the business.
Responsible to setup, maintenance and user education for Version Control System, Build System and Software Lifecycle Management, like requirement management system, Change management system and test case management system.
Responsible for Identification of issues and research best practice for Resolution of technical stuff.
Responsible for Troubleshoot, implement and Test system issues identified.
Responsible to Interface with various department heads and operational units regarding system changes of the Clients or Customers.
Responsible to Work with key players in IT group to properly configure, test and document system changes
Responsible for preparation and or Review of the technical documentation of application Validation Deliverables.

Software Application Developer

Responsibilities

Responsible to Designing and development of software systems using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes and design consequences as per the requirement of the Users or Clients.
Responsible for Modification software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces.
Responsible for Directing System Testing and Validation Procedures.
Responsible for Directing software programming and documentation development.
Responsible to provide a customers or departments support on technical issues including software system design and maintenance.
Responsible for Analyzing information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modifications of an existing system.
Consulting with engineering staff to evaluate software hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.

Developer

Responsibilities

Candidates should have 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in the following items

Experience in developing web applications using Java/J2EE related technologies or OOPS concepts of any technology.
Experience in writing front end coding using Javascript, JSON Object and Ajax
Experience in writing front end coding using SAP UI5 recommend
Preferable if candidates who worked with SAP HANA database configuration and query writing side.
Must be strong in writing any DBMS queries like joins, triggers, DDL, DML etc...
